This mini Napa cabbage is early maturing and has a compact growth habit suitable for smaller spaces. Sweet and delicious barrel shaped heads have a bright green exterior’ white ribs and pale-yellow interior. The plant is slow to bolt and tolerant of tip burn. It’s a great addition to stir fries, spring rolls and other Asian dishes.
Chef Jeff's Tip: Cabbage is compatible next to artichokes, beets, bush beans, cucumbers, lettuce, peas, potatoes and spinach in the garden.
